Changed your mind? We are there to help. If you no longer need the item, you can return the item to us unused and in original packaging within 14 days from date of Invoice to enable us give you a full refund for the cost of the item purchased. Please contact customer service to confirm the address to which the return has to be sent.


If you feel that the item is not as described or doesn't do what it's supposed to, all you need to do is to return the item/s back to us within 14 days and we will refund you the full value of the amount paid, upon inspection of the item on its return. If the item is faulty we will repair, replace or refund the full amount paid upon inspection of the item when it is returned to us.

We will not offer a refund if:

  • if you knew an item was faulty when you bought it
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it
  • no longer want an item (eg because it's the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it

Proof of Purchase

We will require a proof that you bought an item from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FROM THE PERSON  WHO BOUGHT THE ITEM.
